For a taco Bell it's good, I got six soft shell tacos and ate them all, they were put together correctly and they weren't just thrown in the bags

Worst Taco Bell/ KFC I have ever been to. They had horrible customer service the last time I was there I took the survey off my receipt and wrote the redemption code down like I always do. Then when I went there this week he tried to tell me the code wouldn't work this isn't the first time they've tried to pull that. But the manager wouldn't even manually fix it. they were so rude the person I was with decided they didn't want their food and we just left. Not a happy customer at all!!

I love Taco Bell and I love the Doritos locos tacos and the cheesy Gordita crunch awesome experience.Employees are nice quick

Took too long to get 2 quesadillas. Took like 15 minutes. Where it should of takin maybe 5 . Not happy. Been there 2 times n wasnt happy with the wait time.

I have been going to taco Bell for food for a while now and almost everything I go through the drive through almost every time even when I have them read my order back to me they forget almost 75% of my order and I have to drive around again to get it. Don't waste your money on this place they are an absolute trash heap on fire. I'm not saying all taco Bell is bad just this one.

The absolute slowest restaurant. It doesn't deserve the right to be called "fast food". I once waited 35 minutes in line in the drive thru. I decided to give them another chance today. I waited 25 minutes. If you have time to kill then by all means dine here.

I don't believe the owners care about their business at all it's very filthy & the orders get screwed up all the time very disappointed

It doesn't matter if I walk in or drive thru it takes forever!! And people are walking around but no one seems to know what the person in front of them has done!! 3 different people ask for payment, if I got my drink then I had to ask yet another person for my drink!!! You need to hire a really grow up to babysit!!!

Ordered a beefy frito burrito... it was all rice!! No beef.

So tonight before y’all closed here in Reedsburg i ordered a crunch wrap supreme with extras added such as potatoes, nacho cheese , creamy jalapeño and sour cream. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to get treated poorly by the lady at the window . When i got home i realized i waited all that time and was treated poorly and my crunch wrap didn't even have what i asked for but i was still charged for it. I called the store and no one picked up. I have the receipt and i took a picture of my food to prove there is no potatoes in there.

Tacooooobelllllllll. Only my friends will understand. 😋 Bring back the chili cheese burrito.

They are very good

Took my kids for dinner, they always ask for softshells with meat, cheese and sour cream. Their tacos came out without any meat. Also, the cinnamon twists were gross and tasted like they had been out ALL day. The service here is AWAYS slow, I understand if they were busy, but on a slow night you'll wait 20 minutes to eat. I love Taco Bell, but this one gives them a bad name....

I honestly just love tacos, so Taco Bell is automatically good in my book.

The girl working the drive thru should not be in charge of taking orders. Screws it up everytime and can’t ever hear you the first 3 times. She’s dropped my food before. I took a break from this restaurant because of the same issues: decided to come back. The place is still a joke.

After my order was received incorrectly for the second time, I was told by a team member that the OWNER stated that I should take my business elsewhere. How difficult is it to get a crunchy taco with NO lettuce correct?

It is a Taco Bell and KFC.The good: fast mostly, clean place, no food poisoning. The Bad: not open late or even past 9 or 10 pm.

Longest. Drive through. Ever. Been sitting here for about 20 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. There's still 2 left. At this rate, I'm going to be here for close to an hour. Mind blowing. What in gods name are they doing?UPDATE: Was there for 35 minutes. No napkins....fabulous.

When we walked in the store they were mopping the floors, but they were sopping wet and EXTREMELY slippery! There were maybe 2 people in the drive through and our order took FOREVER! My taco was soggy, falling apart, and we only live 5 minutes away! My quesadilla had very little chicken! Poor experience, and I love Taco Bell so it takes a lot to say that!!!!!!!!!!

Were there today at noonish and the guy who took our order almost passed out over the register between taking mine and my husband's order. He couldn't keep his eyes open. I asked if he was okay and he replied just a little light-headed, because it was warm in the back. NOT IMPRESSED!

My husband just went to get food for our family made it home and we had a completely different order. The guy in drive through just took my food back as I came this time and he was incredibly rude. We try to come back and give them another shot but we will be driving 30 minutes away from now on to a new taco bell because the service is awful the food is nasty and the people disrespectful. Company should definitely reconsider their staff!

World's worst hamburger in their taco. Ordered chix, paid extra dollar for it, got awful psuedohamburger instead. $11 for cruddy lunch, only got threw half of it, threw rest in trash where belongs. Cheesy rice burrito only part fit to eat. Won't make this mistake again.
